NEOM in Saudi Arabia is all set to open Sindalah in 2024. It is an offshore Island under development, Kingdoms crown prince Mohammad bin Salman announced on 5th December 2022.

Sindalah is an island that will be created as part of the giga-project and has an area of about 840,000 square meters. Three thousand five hundred jobs are anticipated to be created in the hospitality, leisure, and tourism industries. The crown prince stated, “The first upscale island and yacht club location for NEOM will be in the Red Sea, at Sindalah. It is yet another crucial moment for NEOM and a significant step in the Kingdom realizing its tourist objectives under Vision 2030. It is a location that offers magnificent access to the Red Sea and will become the region’s most interesting and alluring tourism venue. It will be a location where people can enjoy the true beauty of NEOM and Saudi Arabia, above and below the water.”

By 2028, the island hopes to welcome more than 2,400 tourists daily.

He further said, Like The LINE, our goal is to have all essential services and amenities within a five-minute walk of where people live. Roads and automobiles won’t exist. Interestingly, the island is shaped like a seahorse, and it’s a perfect metaphor since, like that animal, the island is superbly distinctive and unusual, according to Antoni Vives, chief urban planning officer at NEOM, in an internal interview.

According to Vives, Sindalah is a brand-new frontier for recreation, exploration, and self-fulfillment. With sustainability, connectedness, and delight in mind, we wish to offer new and improved experiences in this world. Anything further would be valuable if we were to accomplish this.
