The services offered by Dynamic Staffing Services were discussed by our Business Development Executive for Greece, Tanita Maria Tzotzolaki, in a conversation with the Director of CNN Greece, Dimitris Pefanis, during the 89th Thessaloniki International Fair.
As she explained, Dynamic Staffing Services is one of the largest international staffing providers based in India, with over 50 years of experience.
“Essentially, we provide a legitimate, ethical, and comprehensive service, which begins with finding and training employees and then placing them in Greece and the labor market in general,” she noted, adding that something that makes the company stand out is that it has been recognized by the Indian Embassy in Greece.
“This guarantees our credibility,” emphasized Ms. Tanita Maria Tzotzolaki.
In fact, as she noted, DSS has brought approximately 600 workers to Greece so far, and “we have already secured approximately 6,000 prospective workers for 2026.”
Regarding the issues related to the integration of workers into Greek culture, Ms. Tzotzolaki explains:
“During the first phase, employees are assessed by the employer for their skills and abilities. From there on, prospective employees attend A1 level Greek language courses and courses on Greek culture in general. In this way, we ensure that the prospective employee will integrate well both into their field of work and into Greek society.”
