Job Description:
- Ensure compliance with NOC rules, specifications, and procedures for E&I inspections.
Knowledge & Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, with at least 6 years in E&I QA/QC
- Strong knowledge of ASME, API, AWS, ASTM, NACE, ATEX, EN standards
- Certification: CompEx (valid)
- Familiar with ERP tools (S4HANA, SAP) and MS Office
- Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with NOC rules, specifications, and procedures for E&I inspections
- Perform inspections on E&I materials, equipment, and installations (ASTM, ASME, API, EN, ISO, NACE, ATEX)
- Conduct material receiving inspections and review material certificates for conformity with purchase orders and NOC standards
- Execute inspection and testing activities per approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
- Verify conformity of installation and equipment with quality control plans, procedures, and standards
- Perform inspections and tests, including:
Cable laying, identification, loop checks, continuity and insulation resistance tests - Instrument installation and functional testing
Power transformers, switchboards, batteries, sockets, lighting systems - Pneumatic signal connections, fiber optic cable installation and testing
- Communication functionality tests
- Witness inspections, testing, and special processes, verifying worker qualifications
- Review, verify, and update as-built drawings, red-line markups, and punch-list items
- Prepare and issue Quality Records and NCRs when required
Ensure timely issuance of inspection/test documentation and maintain traceability
