Job Description:

Knowledge & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in planning for large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Good understanding of construction sequences and site operations
- Advanced reporting and analytical skills
- Good command of English
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update detailed project schedules in line with the approved master schedule
- Coordinate with site teams and discipline engineers for progress monitoring and schedule control
- Analyze critical path, manpower allocation, activity durations, and resource planning
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Monitor project performance against planned targets and identify schedule deviations
- Support material procurement planning and construction sequencing activities
- Ensure coordination between planning, site operations, procurement, and technical office teams
- Participate in schedule revisions, recovery plans, and reporting processes
- Experience in international large-scale projects
- Experience in high-rise, mixed-use, governmental, or complex building projects
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multinational environments
