Should have hands-on experience in collecting winding data, winding procedures, coil making & testing procedures.

Check and record lead exit connections of windings and prepare diagrams.

Check and record winding data.

Check and record coil data.

Strip out coils & surface, conditioning of slots and prepare for rewind.

Inspect coil & winding kits as received.

Rewind stator/rotor of motors as per original data collected.

Perform routine electrical static test on wound equipments.

Varnish treat equipment and prepare for assembly.
