Job Description:
Kitchen Equipment Technician
Knowledge & Qualification:
Minimum5 years experience in Airport Catering / Five Star Hotels.
Maintenance and Repair of kitchen equipment like Steam Boilers, Deep Fat Fryers, Bakery Equipment, Tilting Bratt Pan, Processing Equipment, and Electric Ovens, Expertise in the repair of all types of Electric, Steam, and Gas Kitchen Equipment.
Capable of doing assigned machine repairs independently.
Basic RO. 120 to 125/- + 10% Adhoc Allowance + Minimum OT RO. 50/- + Free Food.
