Hire Wind Turbine Technicians For Germany

By the year 2026, Germany's wind energy sector requires an estimated 28,000 turbine technicians to meet its energy transformation targets of 115 GW of onshore and 30 GW of offshore capacity by the year 2030. Dynamic Staffing Services operates under the leadership of Major S.P. Khosla, founder of Dynamic Staffing Services, and specializes in providing certified (GWO) wind turbine technicians from India and the Philippines. Dynamic Staffing Services has successfully placed 2,000+ GWO-certified wind turbine technicians to date on site, achieving 95% one-year retention rates and 42% faster deployment times compared to industry averages.

Why Germany Needs 28,000 Wind Turbine Technicians?

In Germany, 3.2 GW of onshore wind energy capacity was added in 2025, bringing the total onshore wind energy to 62 GW, while setting a goal of 115 GW by 2030. The Federal Employment Agency states that it ranks wind energy second only to nursing in the shortage of skilled labor. In the North Sea, there is an estimated 48 percent vacancy rate for technicians for the proposed 30 GW of new offshore wind projects. This creates 12,000 jobs immediately.

Strategic advantage of DSS: Our headquarters in Delhi and widespread network around Germany exclusively source from Global Wind Organization (GWO) accredited training academies, and offshore platforms operated by ONGC.

All wind technicians complete the following certifications:

  1. GWO Basic Safety Training (BST)
  2. GWO WINDA registration
  3. DGUV Rule 209-084 (Electrical) certification,

Thus, they are equipped to provide immediate and productive service on the German wind turbine fleet.
