Dynamic Staffing Services (DSS) took part in the India–Cyprus Summit organised by the High Commission of India in Cyprus, reinforcing its commitment to structured, ethical, and performance-driven workforce mobility between the two countries.
Samir Khosla, Chairman of DSS, joined the summit's Human Capital and Talent panel, moderated by Philokypros Roussounides, Secretary General of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KEVE). The session brought together leaders from shipping, technology, and professional services to discuss maritime workforce development, technology talent gaps, and the regulatory frameworks shaping cross-border mobility.
Khosla noted that global workforce solutions are undergoing a structural shift — moving beyond simply filling vacancies toward delivering measurable productivity, higher standards, and long-term value. He highlighted the strength of India's talent pool across maritime, infrastructure, technical trades, and skilled professions, and pointed to Cyprus as an increasingly compelling EU gateway for Indian companies, supported by its regulatory clarity and strategic location.
On ethical recruitment, Khosla emphasised that protecting both workers and employers is foundational to the DSS model, calling for greater standardisation across international recruitment — including salary benchmarking, rigorous skill verification, and consistent performance accountability. "We are not shipping a package; we are dealing with human lives," he said, underscoring the company's investment in language training, cultural integration, and after-placement support.
Founded in 1977, DSS operates through 24 offices across 16 countries and has deployed more than 500,000 skilled workers for clients in 30 countries, with around 16,000 professionals placed annually.
