Additionally, as per the report, 50% of businesses want to hire new personnel in the upcoming three months. The survey report states that these businesses will hire for a maximum of five positions. According to the report, roughly 25% of companies hire six to ten new staff monthly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year&#8217;s poll covered all the key markets in the MENA (the Middle East and North Africa) area and was performed online from June 9 to August 21. It also showed that <strong>engineering, management, and commerce<\/strong> are the three academic specializations most in demand for employment in the UAE.
