Our team worked tirelessly to make this recruitment a success. We churned out our tens of thousands of databases and contacted all the candidates that were already experienced to take up the task and ready to move to the location as early as possible. We also made it possible by conducting a 3 to 4 days long interview drive every week at our multiple trade test centres to pace the selection process. Hundreds of candidates walk in every week and the selection process was also thorough.<\/span><\/i>\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Along with the meticulous recruitment drive we conducted, the account managers were taking care of the visa and dispatch of the workers to fast track the completion of dispatch alongside. We worked with the Serbian Embassy meticulously to <\/span>accelerate<\/span> the visa process. <\/span>We mobilised hundreds of candidates each week with our strategic action plan.<\/i><\/b> Working day and night tirelessly, we were able to deliver the workers to the site within the tight timeline and all our efforts were successful with the timely start of the project. The workers were fine tuned in the work as soon as they reached the site and this gives a good headstart to the project.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
