According to a study of companies in Poland, 61 percent of them\u2014a 1 percent increase from three months ago\u2014might look for temporary workers for support in Q3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">41% of the organizations replied to the survey that costs were their major concern while looking out for temporary employees. In contrast, 36% of those questioned said a surge in holiday season orders was a key driver.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This resulted in a drastic increase in the number of employees resorting to flexible work. And this, in turn, is proving temporary employment to be an avenue with many advantages for more and more businesses, even for those involved in less glamorous industries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It&#8217;s encouraging that interest from the logistics sector in hiring temporary workers has also increased significantly by 6% to 66% compared with Q2.
