Problems are made worse by an aging population and a declining birth rate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>United Kingdom: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Post-Brexit immigration rules have tightened the labor market, particularly in agriculture, healthcare, and construction.
