Major (Retd) S.P. Khosla
(Chairman & President)
Former Corps of Engineer Officer, Indian Army. Experience in manpower planning and marketing and consultancy exceeds 34 years. He started the business in 1977 at the age of 36 after talking pre mature retirement form the Core of Engineers division of Indian Army. He fought two wars for our nation. In the Human Personal industry, Mr. Khosla’s name is associated with honesty and integrity. Due to his vision, DSS is a house home name for candidates looking for job opportunities. Mr. Khosla spent most of his life fighting exploitation and ensuring fair opportunities.

Samir Khosla
(Vice Chairman)
A Mechanical Engineer with over 10 years international experience with companies such as Suzuki and Hewlett Packard. His role encompasses furthering relationships with new and existing clients as well as expanding the company's service portfolio.

Varun Khosla
(CEO & Managing Director)
Bachelor of Commerce graduate from University of Toronto. Varun launched his career by co-founding an IT firm back in 2001. He successfully ran this firm for 5 years in Canada before returning to India and joining the group parent company. His major focus is to ensure that our candidates are treated fairly and clients close their requirements within their timelines.

Wing Commander (Retd) K.C. Soni
(Senior Vice President - Executive)
A Graduate in Flying (Pilot) from Indian Air Force Academy, who is also a Graduate from Royal Air Force Staff College , Andover, Hampshire (UK). Is a senior member of the DSS team, who has been actively interacting with large, highly reputed construction Cos from S. Korea, Japan, S. E Asia, W. Europe since 1980. Is widely travelled in the Gulf, South East Asia and Africa who also has the distinction of having served with the United Nations in Africa (Congo). His vast experience in all spheres of HR enables his team to find precise solutions for all manpower related situations speedily.

Wing Commander (Retd) P. Tara Singh
(Vice President - Technical)
An ex Indian Air Force Officer, who holds an Masters Degree in Engineering. Has undergone technical training in the U K and USA on various equipment including simulators used in Oil exploration work. While in the Air Force he gained experience in project management, engineering and construction activities. On leaving the Air Force, he has been engaged in the recruitment of technical resources for Multinational Construction Companies, worldwide for the past 28 years.

Brig. L. K. Malhotra
(Vice President, Western India)
An engineering graduate in Civil Engineering. Has been an instructor in the College of Military Engineering, Pune and Indian Military Training Team (IMTRAT) Bhutan. He is also a graduate of Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, Nilgiris and Higher Command Course, College of Combat, Mhow. Has wide experience of testing and training soldiers and workers.

Col. N. K. Bajaj
(Vice President, South India)
An ex-Army Engineer, who has around 25 years experience in Construction, and 16 years in Recruitment of all trades for overseas Construction Cos. Presently appointed as Area Manager (South India), based at Chennai, and actively associated with selection of critical Electrical, Instrumentation, Petrochemical and Mechanical trades (including Engineers) for Refineries, Power Plants, Petrochemical Projects, and EHV Overhead Transmission Lines, apart from regular Civil & Building personnel, for Gulf and North African countries.
